A Zipfelhalter is made specifically to hang Zipfels from. At the back is a clasp to attach it to your belt or vest pocket.
Gaudia was founded on 13 May 2003 under the name of “Ganges”, by Luc Steffens and Bram Brams.
On 13 September 2013 the name was changed to “Gaudia”.
Their colors are Black-red-black. Their shield shows a yellow field on the left with a black lion with red claws and the year 2003. The right field shows their colors diagonally from top right to bottom left and their monogram in silver.
Their motto is “In Amicitia Veritas”, which means “”in friendship lies the truth””.
They are a Flemish, non-political, non-religious, traditional studentical association in Leuven.

Un Zipfelhalter est fabriqué spécifiquement pour y accrocher des Zipfels. À l’arrière se trouve un clip pour l’attacher à votre ceinture ou à la poche de votre gilet.
Gaudia a été fondé le 13 mai 2003 sous le nom de “Ganges”, par Luc Steffens et Bram Brams.
Le 13 septembre 2013, le nom a été changé en “Gaudia”.
Leurs couleurs sont Noir-rouge-noir. Leur blason montre un champ jaune à gauche avec un lion noir aux griffes rouges et l’année 2003. Le champ de droite montre leurs couleurs en diagonale du haut à droite au bas à gauche et leur monogramme en argent.
Leur devise est “In Amicitia Veritas”, ce qui signifie “En amitié se trouve la vérité”.
Il s’agit d’une association flamande, apolitique, non religieuse, traditionnelle et estudiantine de Louvain.

Een Zipfelhalter is speciaal gemaakt om Zipfels aan op te hangen. Aan de achterkant zit een sluiting om hem aan je riem of vestzak te bevestigen.
Gaudia werd op 13 mei 2003 opgericht onder de naam “Ganges”, door Luc Steffens en Bram Brams.
Op 13 september 2013 werd de naam gewijzigd in “Gaudia”.
Hun kleuren zijn zwart-rood-zwart. Hun schild toont links een geel veld met een zwarte leeuw met rode klauwen en het jaar 2003. Het rechter veld toont hun kleuren diagonaal van rechtsboven naar linksonder en hun monogram in zilver.
Hun motto is “In Amicitia Veritas”, wat betekent “in vriendschap ligt de waarheid”.
Ze zijn een Vlaamse, niet-politieke, niet-religieuze, traditionele studentenvereniging in Leuven.
