TTV Textilia zu Reutlingen was formed on 28 June 1888, and is the oldest student association of Reutlingen.
Their colours are Blue-White-Gold, however its members do not wear couleur, except for Weinzipfels with a black band, and a tie in the colours of the association on official occasions.
Their motto is «Einigkeit ist unsere Stärke», which translates to «unity is our strength ».
This particular Zipfel was exchanged between Volprecht Struth,Günther Scharrer, Frank Pielenz and Peter Lutonsky in 1954. Interesting to know, is that the «Zirkel» (i.e., the monogram at the front) reads« TTV» from left to right, which stands for «Textil Technische Verbindung», while from right to left it reads «VCF», standing for «Vivat, Crescat Floreat»

TTV Textilia zu Reutlingen a été fondée le 28 juin 1888, et est la plus ancienne association d’étudiants de Reutlingen.
Ses couleurs sont le Bleu-Blanc-Or, mais ses membres ne portent pas de couleur, à l’exception des Weinzipfels avec une bande noire, et une cravate aux couleurs de l’association lors des occasions officielles.
Leur devise est «Einigkeit ist unsere Stärke », qui se traduit par «l’unité est notre force».
Ce Zipfel particulier a été échangé entre Volprecht Struth,Günther Scharrer, Frank Pielenz et Peter Lutonsky en 1954. Il est intéressant de savoir que le « Zirkel » (c’est-à-dire le monogramme à l’avant) se lit « TTV » de gauche à droite, ce qui signifie « Textil Technische Verbindung », tandis que de droite à gauche, il se lit « VCF », ce qui signifie « Vivat, Crescat Floreat »

TTV Textilia zu Reutlingen werd op 28 juni 1888 opgericht en is de oudste studentenvereniging van Reutlingen.
Hun kleuren zijn Blauw-Wit-Goud, maar de leden dragen geen couleur, behalve Weinzipfels met een zwarte band, en een stropdas in de kleuren van de vereniging bij officiële gelegenheden.
Hun motto is « Einigkeit ist unsere Stärke», wat zich vertaalt naar «eenheid is onze kracht».
Deze Zipfel werd in 1954 uitgewisseld tussen Volprecht Struth,Günther Scharrer, Frank Pielenz en Peter Lutonsky. Interessant om te weten, is dat de «Zirkel» (d.w.z. het monogram aan de voorkant) van links naar rechts «TTV» spelt, wat staat voor «Textil Technische Verbindung», terwijl het van rechts naar links «VCF» spelt, wat staat voor «Vivat, Crescat Floreat».
